Drawn from the Wilmotte & Associés Architectes founder’s tapware for his Lutetia, Paris hotel project, the bath fittings’ rounded lines reinterpret early 20th–century hydraulic valves.
6. Soleil by Justina Blakeney of Jungalow
The doyenne of bohemian contemporary puts her own twist on a traditional suzani quilt with her cotton shower curtain depicting sun medallions that beam with positivity.
7. Tortoise 02 by Jessica Davis of Nest Studio
The self-described design geek’s petite knobs (around 2 inches) mimic the art deco motifs of her brand’s larger pulls, and are available in unlacquered brass, verdigris, or polished nickel.
8. Arroyo by Karin Jeske of Tesselle
The tile company founder, who trained as a textile designer, converted her photograph of a leafy riverbed into a precise half-drop repeat, then transferred that to 8-inch-square cement tiles.
