Ashley Olson, the design director of Workplace and Hospitality Studios at Shaw Contract, has over fifteen years of experience in the flooring industry. Motivated by the impact of design within the built environment and the intention for every project and person to reach their full potential, she practices and encourages self-reflection, research, exploration, and challenging iteration. She has led the design and development of impactful collections, such as Dye Lab, Inside Shapes, and Community, Dialogue, Collective and Unite II. Ashley is dedicated to encouraging continued sustainability efforts at Shaw Contract, putting the customer first and constantly seeking ways to make a greater impact.
